Anybody know where I can find a copy of Janis' Kozmic Blues shows at the Fillmore West during the weekend of Feb 12, 69? Sugarmegs had all the shows but now only list one. I want to hear her version of Stay With Me. Brilliantly performed, clear high open notes at the crescendo, that send shivers up me spine, easily laying to rest any notion that she was incapable of doing anything other than wailing....
Feb.12th 1969 was at the Fillmore East in N.Y.C. and "Stay With Me" was not performed at that concert.
Sugarmegs has recordings from the Fillmore West and Winterland from March 1969 and "Stay With Me" is on it.......its listed as janisjoplin1969-03-20.asx
