I think this is a Hoyt Axton song called “I Ain’t Got A Worry”

Well I ain’t got a worry, you know I ain’t got a care.
I’m going back to Frisco, all my friends are there.

All my friends are there. All my friends are there.

And when I get to Frisco, first thing that I’ll say
is hello San Francisco, heaven by the bay.

It’s heaven by the bay. Well-it’s heaven by the bay.

And when I get to Frisco, first thing that I’ll do.
I’ll say hello everybody, and I’ll say hello for you.

Well say hello for you. Well say hello for you.

Well I ain’t got a worry, Hon I ain’t got a care.
I’m going back to Frisco, all my friends are there.

All my friends are there. You know all my friends are there. ¥Ç¥

As recorded on CD "This Is Janis Joplin" (track 6) and backed by Big Brother and the Holding Company guitarist, James "St. James" Gurley, who states that this & six other songs were taped (reel to reel) by Janis (a Cappella I presume) and left with him in the early '60s. The guitar overdub and CD release was around '96.
